We are incredibly excited to reveal that we will be welcoming a fantastic new piece of technology to Good Skin Days in November 2013, which will allow our patients an unprecedented view of their skin, as it is now and how it could look in the future.
The VISIA™ Complexion Analysis System uses multi-point facial positioning technology to capture super-sharp, high-resolution images of the entire facial area, from chin to hairline. Able to take images of the front, left and right of your face and even showing some areas in 3-D, it can document in pin-sharp detail the overall condition of your skin, including any ‘problem areas’.
Zoom in to the surface of the face and see wrinkles, UV damage, spider veins, areas of pigmentation and pores as you have never seen them before. This system also offers an unequalled visualisation of skin conditions such as rosacea and acne.
This amazing technology can take a look into the future of your skin, by adding 5-7 years onto your face (or showing you the past, by taking 5-7 years off!) Using the extensive database of images, we can even compare your face to other people the same age as you, to see how youthful or damaged your skin actually is when compared with your peers, giving you your real ‘skin age’.
Using the images created, we can highlight areas of your skin that could be improved, building you a bespoke package of treatments at Good Skin Days and explaining to you visually how they will improve the look of your skin. We can then track your progress throughout a course of treatments or over a given period of time, comparing images side by side. Your personalised report can also be emailed to you, so that you can review and track your progress from home.
