What do we look for in a professional skincare brand?
Firstly, we only consider brands that have a medical background. Our focus is primarily on products which have been developed by Doctors and Dermatologists alike.

Most medically-led skincare products are referred to as ‘Cosmeceuticals’. This means that product strength is somewhere inbetween a pharmaceutical product and a cosmetic skincare product. Therefore, you don’t have to go to a pharmacy to get them; however most of them are only sold in registered clinics and cannot be found on the high street.
Another key factor are the ‘active ingredients’ found in these products. These are key ingredients that ensure you see results; for example, if you have acne prone skin, a key active ingredient you would look for would be Salicylic Acid or Benzoyl Peroxide.
