Celebrating Eight Years
Each Spring Good Skin Days celebrates our birthday, and this year marks our 8th since opening!
Our purpose-built Guiseley clinic opened all the way back in 2010 with the aim of providing a unique private medical setting for a wide variety of skin treatments. We set out with a great team and used all of our experience to make sure we had the very best equipment and suppliers. Our policies like no substandard IPL treatments and using only Genuine Botox® are still as important now as they were back then.
Our unique approach and the testimonials of our patients have helped us to treat more and more people every year, and even won us several industry awards.

Since our seventh birthday, our Skin Surgery Clinic division has added more treatments to our second location, in Harrogate in North Yorkshire. We’ve been recognised for the quality of our services and our ethics in treatment by being named Best Clinic at the Safety in Beauty Awards. Our Guiseley base added new NHS Dermatology clinics for referrals from Bradford, Airedale, Wharefedale and Craven.
The Good Skin Days way has always been to have the best people and facilities possible to provide exceptional and safe specialist treatment that goes above and beyond in an industry that is sadly still under-regulated. This year we were excited to have been part of the annual Parliamentary Review publication for the Private Health sector, and commended for our best practice in our sector.
We’d like to thank all of the patients and staff who have contributed to our successes over the last eight years. We promise to keep providing the best skin clinic we possibly can in the year ahead.

Winners of ‘Best Clinic’ in prestigious industry awards…
We are so proud to announce that we have been voted the ‘Best Clinic’ according to the UK’s respected ‘Safety in Beauty Campaign Diamond Awards’, which took place in London’s prestigious Langham Hotel last week. These national awards were launched in 2013 by Antonia Mariconda (Author, International Speaker and Presenter) to recognise the significant contributions made by organisations, brands and individuals to improve safety standards in the aesthetics industry.
There was some stiff competition for this particular award, including a number of London’s Harley Street clinics and some established national brands with multiple locations. The judging panel of industry experts awarded us the winners and we’re delighted!

A Multi Award Winning Clinic
We began Good Skin Days in 2009. Our plan was to use a brand new, purpose-built building and team of skin specialists to bring a unique skin clinic to the Leeds and Bradford area. Six years on, our reputation for great care and expertise across a huge range of medical and aesthetic treatments and procedures attracts patients from across the north of the country.
In 2014 we were delighted to be recognised by the Aesthetics Awards, who named us the best clinic in the North of England.
In 2015 we won a further two awards. At the prestigious My Face, My Body Awards, we were named the Best Aesthetic Clinic in Northern England, Scotland and Ireland. Introducing ‘The Vampire Facelift’…

The Vampire Facelift is a name for a non-surgical cosmetic procedure involving the re-injection of a gel-like substance—platelet rich plasma (PRP)—derived from a patient’s own blood back into multiple areas of the skin on the face to target problem areas, treat wrinkles and to ‘rejuvenate’ the face.
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is blood plasma that has been enriched with platelets. When activated, PRP takes on the form of a viscous gel containing high levels of several platelet-derived growth factors (cytokines) that may then be injected into the face in much the same manner as other dermal fillers such as Juvéderm and Restylane.
The appointment will consist of a 30 minute consultation with one of our trained Nurses and the treatment itself takes about an hour. It is a complex procedure and must be carried out by trained professionals. Often patients will notice a difference to their skin immediately after the treatment.
